LEVS is formed by the talented sisters Erika and Laura, a dynamic duo, who not only act as DJs and producers but are also the creative force behind the Conscious Mind record label. Originally from Colombia, they grew up in Spain and are now based in Belgium. Working as DJs, producers, and label owners, these twins have taken their unique vision of fast-paced and powerful Techno to the next level. LEVS is a forward-thinking force, consolidating their presence as an element in the emerging wave of European DJs.

Over the years, their music has undergone a natural evolution, moving to a more robust, intense, and fast techno sound. This transformation is skillfully mixed with atmospheric and darker tones, creating a fascinating spectacle for his audience. From midnight onwards, the energy of their sets becomes irresistible, captivating attendees who find themselves unable to resist the dance floor.

Now, LEVS debuts on our platform with the single Perceptions, which is presented by his label. Perception is the knowledge of something through the senses – hearing, smell, touch, sight, hearing. For art, this way of being in the world becomes essential; not to say much less in electronica, particularly in techno.

The word hypnotism, often used in today’s electronic music, especially in techno, acquires a precise and very reliable identification in the sound of this release. Moreover, it conjugates with the sonic evolution of LEVS, one that shows to be very particular and unique. However, it is also identifiable within the style of current electronica. That is to say, it is part of the avant-garde of the art by finding novelty in the established.

The sound is clean, but incipient and threatening. It is velvety, but hammering. It drills, but finely. It swirls around powerful mallets that are enchanting. A plethora of dual combinations lend a spectacular quality to the sound. At its climax, it forms Rosen-Einstein whirlwinds that take us to other space-time dimensions, in which reality is dictated by LEVS. Thus we have let our perception become one with the sound of Perceptions.
