After his debut on Logia Records with a great remix for the release of Cosmopolar, Acid Mantra, the emerging multi-instrumentalist artist Valen Gonzalez, based in Mar Del Plata, Argentina, returns to the Buenos Aires-based label. This time he does it in his own right, to present a solo work. Titled Lost Signal, it is composed of three original tracks -the homonymous, Tanum and Glassy Touch-. An extended play in which he shows again his characteristic sound, full of electric nuances and eclectic atmospheres and atmospheres.
Lost Signal calls us to the reunion of what has been lost. What do we seek to find, if we want to find it at all? In principle, it is the sound palpitations, accompanied by powerful pumping that ignite the search -even without knowing what we are looking for -. In this combination of beats and neon-colored electric pumps, the sound settles quickly, sure of itself -we are in the right boat-.
Sound that becomes electric hypnotism, which has to reach silence to reactivate and restart. We glimpse what we are looking for: intergalactic dancers and dancefloors that can cope with the sound before us. The track quickens its pace, exciting the atmosphere; and perhaps also as a sign that we are close. We fall for it! Those of us who listen to Lost Signal are those people the sound is looking for: we are what it wants to find, but in active mode, in dancing mode, in raver mode.
Once we meet, sound and clubber, the layers of sound change so that the atmosphere changes too: dark, dance-ritual, sweaty and sensual bodies; unstoppable sound, together with electricity always in crescendo and highly effervescent rhythm. A great first track of Lost Signal, which ipso facto ties up the listener, turning him in the process of the first track into a raver and dancer, ready for everything on the track.
