Club Furies

R/D/V is the pseudonym of Luca Redivo, an audio engineer, DJ, and producer based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He is the latest signing from the São Paulo, Brazil-based label Primitive State Records, one of our favorite labels when it comes to serious techno. The artist from the Netherlands presents the new reference entitled Heartache, a work of three original tracks and remixes by Linear Phase and Anders (BR). In this work, he explores his main features with dense and hypnotic tracks on a mental journey. While the remixes complement the mental and groove side of this episode.

The feeling of heartache refers to a sorrow or anguish that deeply invades the heart. That feeling in sound is translated into sounds that power it through springs and bulbs that come and go until they reach delirium. The remix by the Spanish producer Linear Phase recodes the springs and bulbs to more alien terrain, taking them out of the psychological delirium in which they were deeply strained.

No longer in tribulating minds, but on unknown moons and sandy planets, before which the traveler finds himself reluctant. Well-polished sounds, with deliriously mediated notes and enveloping sound structures that find no spatial boundaries. The astronaut rises to the challenge and immerses himself in the atmospheres and environments to return to Earth. In the meantime, it’s time for the party to reach his veins and the depths of the night.
