Club Furies

Sabina Palma is a 24-year-old artist and DJ who is emerging on the music scene. With an undeniable passion for music, Sabina has found her way as a DJ and actress. She is known for her versatility in music genres, excelling in indie dance, techno, melodic techno, and organic. Sabina is in the early stages of her DJ career and has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to her craft. With each performance, Sabina captivates her audience with her ability to mix beats and create immersive atmospheres that transport listeners to another world. That’s why we decided to include her in our mix series.

Our mix series is called Cintas Furiosas – Furious Tapes, in English. They are inspired by the band from the cult film The Warriors (1979) called Baseball Furies, and the scintillating Imperator Furiosa, the iconic character from the fourth installment of the Mad Max saga, Fury Road (2015). Conceived as tapes that express a “furious sound”, both as a metaphor and as a sonic process, they acquire a special and unique fury with each artist they feature. With Sabina Palma, the result is no other than exquisite.

The first minutes are lit in the darkness, neon purple and green colors, with unassailable body wiggles and clean atmospheres, full of Indie Dance and Trippy Psychedelic. The sound subtly transitions to summer and beach atmospheres. Under embracing suns and breezes that don’t quite arrive, the sound Sabina mixes is a breath of fresh air. And again, to underground raves and dark catacombs.

Clean transitions, that know how to keep the pulse of the dancer, and observe him in his mood changes. Versatile rhythms that are exciting and suggestive, inserting themselves in the veins of the track. And sounds that never stop, eternalizing the night, turning day into night, and dancing into a ritual.
