Armen Crew‘s new Various Artists Compilation is here. The festive, friendly, communicative, and alternative organization, as well as the Armen Sound-system collective, presents Cloud Assets, featuring seven original tracks from eight artists. Wrapped in breakbeat, drum & bass, electro, and techno sounds, from Rennes, France, we are ready to premiere one of the tracks that integrate it.

From Cyprus, Ertine Mongush, better known as Ert is a multi-genre music producer from the Republic of Tuva. For many years he was involved in writing remixes and was a sound engineer. Now he writes music in the Future Garage, Ambient, DnB, and IDM genres . He presents Introspection for this Armen Crew compilation.

A wide space that emulates a valley in which silence acquires value in sound. This space is conducive to introspection. But let’s not go too easily with that appearance. It is a veil that works as a knob behind which opens a sound universe made possible by that valley. Fresh, electric, almost idyllic sound. Whenever I come across this sound I connect immediately, as if the soul of the artist were clairvoyantly present. Don’t misunderstand me: in every sonorous work of art, there is the soul of the artist. But with this sound, the translation is almost unmediated.

Through the changes in rhythm and atmosphere one feels the mood of the artist; in this case Ert‘s. His Introspection fills our soul, and at the same time offers rhythms that make us dance. In the meantime, the world is suspended. Or rather, we are enchanted by the sound of this track. And when there is no turning back, fleeting electrified strings bring us out of the trance and back to earth, where the rest of Cloud Assets awaits us.
