Club Furies

Exploring the local scene, jumping from club to club, soaking in the vibes of raves, and immersing himself in the creative sanctuaries of recording studios, Marco has been on a musical journey since the early 2000s. Throughout this time, he has experimented and released tracks under different aliases. Attracted to all flavors of modern music, from dreamy and atmospheric sounds to harder and angular, he takes a versatile approach in the studio. There are no rules or boundaries, just a free exploration of influences. His approach to electronic and techno music is personal, with no boxes to fit into, but always conscious of keeping the groove that moves bodies in the foreground.

He currently manages two main projects, Genau Recordings, and Exilles, but sometimes he likes to work on solo tracks with a strong personal approach. From those works, he has thought of distributing them as single releases on streaming portals. For one of them, Fake Notes, he embarks us on a deeply personal journey. His deep bass drum, fat baseline, and random modular sequences create an electrifying groove. Housy piano chords add melodic bursts, while a suspended vocal pad breathes and casts a mesmerizing spell. Let’s experience the artist’s vision, in search of the perfect blend of raw techno and old-school house atmospheres, in this hypnotic track.

It is a velvet of pressing rhythms, but subtle, very delicate, shining in matte tones. Calm speeds, but between the layers, there are quite suggestive speeds. After all the combination of house and techno will always take us to exciting places. And when the atmospheres become uncontrollable, the valley of silence provides shelter and energy supply. What follows is the frenetization of what was previously built. It’s time for the sound to do its thing through our body: excited, sweaty, sensual shadows, and always to the rhythm of Fake Notes.
