Club Furies

The new release of KR Records, the techno label, created by Ket Robinson in March 2019 and based in Paris, France, arrives. This is the reference number KR051, led this time by Conntex, based in Innsbruck, Austria, which creates organic and driving techno and considers Groove as fundamental.

Through The Dust is the title of the track that closes this work. Do you remember those sandstorms from Mad Max: Fury Road or the Dune saga? Those are the ones we first think of when we see the title of this track. And what meaning does it take if we listen to its sound? Like the sound of KR Records: agile, fearless, sullen, fast, fierce, and voracious. You could say that those are the elements we need to get through the dust and those sandstorms.

The thing to note is that this sound remains constant, which means that the sound design has to be patient and persistent if it is to maintain this level of energy and ferocity. In the end, the storm either stops or we have passed through it and left it behind. It is always possible to play this song again and soon all of KR051.
