Club Furies

The label led by Ricardo Garduno welcomes Dave Black to the label. Dave Black is a Spanish electronic musician and DJ focused on Techno, based in Madrid, Spain. With multiple references to electronic music past and present, and affiliations to labels such as Utopia, Illegal Alien, and his own label, Philia, his music is characterized by the search for a physical-mental experience that provides an energetic and trance-inducing atmosphere on the dance floor.

His new work entitled Materia Orgánica is his debut on Illegal Alien Records, composed of four original tracks, in which fearless and agile speed emerges in the midst of the dancefloor and the darkness of night and day. Organic matter is made up of chemical compounds containing carbon atoms. In a concrete sense, it is the matter linked to life: that which makes up the bodies of living beings, as well as most of their substances and waste materials. It is also the organic matter that constitutes the most superficial layer of the soil.

If we now pay attention to sound, we can identify the same process in sound, in terms of vitality and how it is expressed in sound layers that permeate our ears and perception, in the manner of that layer of soil. Subtle, delicate, with a rather relaxed and patient sound design, very fine and velvety structural progressions are formed, all secured under a very delightful hypnotic and introspective halo.
