Club Furies

One of the pillars of Diffuse Reality Records, and curator of Teorema, presents his new work on the Spanish platform. We are talking about Squaric who presents Texture, a collection of four original tracks – Layers, Linear Perimeters, Tunnel Connections, and Inside Textures.

A texture is an arrangement and order of the threads in a fabric; a warp or weft. If we look at the title of each track, we can see a semantic weft that is formed through layers, perimeter lines that set boundaries, connections between the shapes that are established, and some explorations inside the texture.

Layers is the track that opens this texture, which also points to one of the characteristics of electronic music as opposed to others, in which the composition is predominant, but not the texture. Incipient and very sharp beginning, which deafens the senses and covers us with its sonorous splendor. It quickly builds before itself hypnotic labyrinths, very well delimited and starry atmospheres, as well as surrounded by smooth and matte blues.

In the end, everything is surrounded by thin layers of sound that become ethereal, velvety, and extremely thin, leaving us in floating and very pleasant places. It’s time to wait for the next tracks and see what the rest of Texture has in store for us.
