Illegal Alien Records welcomes DJ Dextro to the label. Following his latest contribution to their latest V.A., Deported Series: Eleven, DJ Dextro makes his debut on the Ricardo Garduno-led platform with an incredible four-track EP titled A Failed Specie. A top release as always from the Portuguese artist. An enigmatic work, full of darkness and latent rhythms as expectant, whose destiny escapes us. An excellent sound, full of very suggestive sonorities.

In the midst of this sound, the Pushing track incipiently lunges, showing attitude and a lot of groove. Drilling and sharp, the sound of this track quickly takes us to hypnotic basements and sounds that coexist with retro ambiences in the middle of contemporary atmospheres. With rhythms that become insurmountable and valleys that take up some of the semantics of the Mad Max saga, the sand, and the solo are perched on the near horizon.

In search of clubbers suitable for its sound, the sound cries «pushing» and releases the moorings of the rhythm that had locked in sound mediations that covered everything with lethargy and latent effervescent lava. It is time for the incipient sound that has overflowed to give way to Superlativo, the track that closes this work, and that does it that way, making real what the language has enunciated.
