Dunes of Dawn emerges from the underground with a hypnotic, minimalistic, and melodic sound of their own. Known for their extended sets, this duo is featured on Spain’s Diffuse Reality Records.

Constantly pushing the boundaries of House and Techno, the duo is part of the new wave of electronica. Let’s see for now what mark they leave with Hurry Up, Slow Down, the release they present through this platform. Composed of five original tracks, one of them in collaboration with multidimensional sound artist Dilon Karim, we present to you the premiere of Matrix.

The Matrix takes on one of its senses as a shared virtual reality or, like the Wachowski sisters’ film, a «dream world» that is externally controlled. The sound of Matrix is velvety, hypnotic, and ear-caressing profiles in minimalist tones. As the track progresses this sound combination causes deep magnetism that takes us to another reality, to that of Dunes of Dawn; to its sound, to its structure, to its design.

In this way Matrix becomes another reality, the one controlled by the duo from the United States, which achieves a very special sound, full of fine and subtle nuances, without losing the energetic and electric power that causes severe damage on the dance floor.
