Club Furies

Linee Sonore is an electronic music label, based in France. With three releases to its credit, the three editions of a Various Artists compilation called Fusions. Now they present another Various Artists compilation, this time titled Fragments. Consisting of nine tracks from nine artists, we present the collaboration with Italian artist Unusual.

Unusual is a DJ from Northern Italy. His musical selection varies between techno sounds, deep and hypnotic, combined with tribal and progressive rhythms. Passionate about percussion instruments since he was a child, he took his first steps with electronic music by buying vinyl records. He is currently a member of the Space Operators Crew.

Unusual joins this new release by Linee Sonore, which presents different atmospheres and environments that lead us to the joy of experimenting with sound sensations and harmonic vibrations within a soft environment by creating music in different facets. Dreamcatcher is his track.

The dreamcatcher is in the shape of a circle, as it represents the circle of life. It is also a metaphor for the journey of the sun and moon, each day and night across the sky. The canvas is responsible for trapping bad dreams and evil spirits during the night and getting rid of them when the day comes.
That is in terms of its historical and social significance.

In sound, that meanings are thematized in the sounds of the Italian artist, imbuing it with even more darkness and cold climates, which take us to ancient, little-known lakes, where nature and sound become one. And from there to nocturnal city sidewalks, where stalking, mystery, and enigma can be smelled up close. Everything leads us to silence and the freezing of its atmospheres.
