Club Furies Premiere: Tobhias Guerrero – Mokuso [Diffuse Reality Records]

Tobhias Guerrero is a DJ and producer from Quito, Ecuador; and owner of Conceptual Formula, his vision of techno music and its variants is rooted in deep, hypnotic, organic, and futuristic sounds. For one of his most recent releases, he is presented by the Spanish multi-platform Diffuse Reality Records, which presents Luminous Synapse, a collection of four original tracks, within which there is a Dub mix.

Mokuso is the closing track. Mokuso is a Japanese term for meditation meaning «to look silently into the heart»; it can also mean «quiet reflection». It is the concept of a state that is achieved through mental training, coupled with relaxation and breathing. In the midst of hypnotic, warm, almost lysergic sounds, the sound structure leads us to immersion and an intense, very perceptive sensation.

Always with the potential of the dance and the club as a correlate of the sound. That is one of the qualities of this track, which is able to model itself for different environments and emotions. Transiting warmly through the speaker, it takes us by the hand for all the possibilities that it has modeled for us.
