Lewis P is a producer and DJ from London, England, based in Prague, Czech Republic, who plays Underground House, Breaks, and Techno. This is a new cosmonaut who emerged from unknown lands, the traveler Lewis P. presents a wonderful three-track EP by Mexican label KPLR. The sound presents a dynamic similar to the expanding metric of space, in which Lewis P was on the hunt for a peculiar sound that comes and goes through space-time, and detonates the dancefloors in hundreds of galaxies.
Prey goes to the core; its name already indicates it. And its sound is nothing more than the artistic fictionalization of that reality. Sounds that come and go, within wide and deep structures. And sound layers that interweave in a very suggestive and electric way. However, at the same time, there is always the sensation of being hunted, of being pursued; of being stalked.
