Club Furies

The next release is coming from one of our favorite labels, both in the local and international circuit. I am talking about Tlaloc Records, led by Mogo, one of our favorite producers of the moment, with multiple releases on labels around the world, and who has been said to most faithfully represent the hypnotic sound that abounds today. Just need a couple of glimpses of his collection, some of which we have had the pleasure of casting on our platform.

Now, he teams up with another Mexican, originally from Mexico City, currently living in the United States. Oswaldo Ar deepened his knowledge over the years and was drawn to synthesizers. He learned that he had a passion for them and began to explore new forms of sound. In 2012, he started music production and collaboration with Alex Cambrano, each embodying his personality and touch.

In 2015 they launched their label Alien Abductions Records with a vinyl and digital release. Their releases have been centered on their fascination with strange sounds, EBM dark disco, math, minimal, industrial, and techno with deep basslines, Sci-fi, and eerie sounds. Oswaldo Ar is known for his energetic sets, fat bass lines, and strange dark sounds. He loves synthesizers and is passionate about exploring new forms of sounds.

Now, for the new Tlaloc Records release together, Oswaldo Ar and Mogo, present Leyes Gravitacionales, a spectacular three-tracker. We present the premiere of the first track, the one that opens this sonic universe: Gravity. Gravity is a natural force that attracts objects and fields of matter that have mass or energy. It is responsible for objects falling to the ground and for the movements of space stars.

In sound, it is expressed in an alien way, with beeps in different layers and levels that, with different tones, imprint an unparalleled sense of haunting and enigma. The delirium comes so fast that the intensity it brings with it subsides almost to silence. It is like this when we cross to the other side. On the other side is the same sound, modulated in echo and in wide, dark rooms. Depth, extension, and a lot of sophistication in the sound design.
