The sound shadow called Darkduction; the being hidden in the darkness that seeks a connection with the souls that inhabit this world and are there to listen. The creator and director of Granular Spectrum, the record label from Antioquia, Colombia, dedicated to publishing and documenting compositional and installation works by sound artists who explore the limits of experimental electronic music.

Club Furies Premiere: Darkduction – Catacomb [Granular Spectrum]

Between sonic innovation, specializing in genres such as experimental techno, deep techno, and the generative audiovisual field, as well as advanced musical projects in general, the boss comes to his label to present Fossilized, a collection of ten original tracks, encapsulating an emotional and energetic journey, in which each piece is a unique sonic exploration. Conceived as an immersive experience, the album stands out not only for its music but also for its careful presentation, with an exclusive artwork that evokes organic and mineral textures, reflecting the essence of his sound.

It must be said that the whole album is exceptional, from the beginning to the end. It shows why this artist is one of our favorites. He manages to accumulate in his sound complex, deep, versatile, and very suggestive combinations. One of our favorite tracks is Wounds of Time. Throughout a little more than eight minutes, it manages to unfold a vision of infinite time, like a canvas on which she poses an impeccable sound design.

Over it, the sound layers are velvety, subtle, dark, enigmatic, and exciting. From rocky and mountainous atmospheres and atmospheres, passing through lakes and starry nights, reaching distant moons and floating sands. Wounds become time and time becomes the qualities of wounds. Impeccable cut.
