Sebastian Hernandez, artistically known as Acussia, has forged his musical identity by fusing the rhythmic richness of Latin percussions with the intense and deep energy of techno, but at the same time, with the ethereal atmospheres of ambient and IDM. Producer and DJ from Bogota (Colombia), he began his career in mid-2017, exploring different DAWs and perfecting his mixing skills with CDJs, which has allowed him to define his style in genres such as hypnotic, hardgroove, and RAW.

He is always in constant movement and evolution of his sound. Over the years, Acussia has released several productions on local labels such as Astral Void, No.ID and 911 Recordings. In addition, he has had the opportunity to perform at events with Ondanza (Collective to which he belongs), Radio Berlin, and small local parties, consolidating his presence little by little.
For one of his most recent self-released works, he presents Fuego y Sueños, a collection of four original tracks, from which we present the premiere of Calor. Picture a scene. Dusk surrounds your geographical context – your city, your town, your home, your school. The atmosphere feels soporific because of the heat that is beginning to be felt in some parts of the world. Bodies sweat and cry out for some freedom in a world that only grants us the freedom to die.
Acussia arrives to make us feel alive again. Sexy sounds, well-integrated and carried sound layers; intelligent sound design; and a lot of rhythmicity in a whole that is spectacular. Latin sounds subtly collide with contemporary electronics. Meanwhile, the vocals call us, bewitch us, enchant us. Driven to delirium with increasing intensity, the climax comes to take us out of our bubble of raw reality and submit us to the sound of Calor.
