Club Furies

Amsterdam, Netherlands-based producer Hotdrum arrives on the international label Illegal Alien Records. This is his first EP on the label, featuring the artist’s new work, entitled Kismet, a collection of six tracks from the young British-Italian producer.

The British-Italian producer, who grew up in a studio environment from a young age, spent his early years experimenting and developing his sound over the years. Now based in Amsterdam, his Hotdrum alias delves into the style of raw, atmospheric techno. A work with a very particular sound: full of nostalgia but at the same time futuristic in the form of utopia, which makes it striking.

Kismet is both the name of the release and the homonymous track that best shows this essence, which is nevertheless versatile and more complex in the challenge of the tracks. Let yourself be carried away by its sound, get lost in it, and travel to future times as well as past, and to ethereal out-of-body realities.
