“The energetic sequence in each rhythm causes the elements to recreate different nuances. We call this a sonic path in which everything merges into an environment called luce ombra.” This is the physical and conceptual phenomenon underlying the new release from KVLTÖ Records, featuring Italian translator Hyarbor.
Luce Ombra is composed of three original tracks. Andromeda, in Greek mythology, “ruler of people,” was the daughter of the mythical kings of Ethiopia, Cepheus and Cassiopeia, as well as the wife of Perseus and mother of seven children, who suffered a terrible fate at the hands of her mother and father.
In the sound of this track, Andromeda is subjected to deep and hypnotic techno, bearing the label’s signature. Subtle and very delicate nuances that open up the range of sonic correlations, among which our favorites are frozen lakes and inhospitable tundras.
Layers of sound that charge with rhythm and energy, reaching impressive heights. Able to hover in the air with a relentless sound design, the sound becomes ethereal and ineffable. At the same time, it is delicately coated with metal and electricity, thereby reversing the fate of Andromeda.
