P.U.M.A. is the experimental noise project of Luca Valisi and Monica Calanni Rindina. Their new EP for VinGas Records, titled Vision, offers a raw and hypnotic trilogy of live analog recordings, made entirely without DAWs and sequenced in real time with modular synthesizers and hardware. Blending ambient tension, industrial textures and minimal structures, the release explores the meditative pull of «Run», the cosmic movement of «XY» and the introspective drift of «Float».

The cut titled «Run» offers an off-key outburst of a futuristic experiment, which escapes our understanding. Posed on subtle canvases, between drone, Ambient and Techno, it reminds us of the noise of machines, sonorized to give them harmony.
Its social correlates run between nostalgia and utopia, amidst pessimism that turns into optimism. Thus, a duality is formed that struggles with each other in sound. Shockingly, but also warmly.
