EXP Records is preparing its anticipated new release, set to be unveiled on November 14th. It is «Organismo de Control» (Control Organism) by Spanish producer Crushted, marking the 35th reference on the label. This EP represents a significant return for Crushted to EXP Records, solidifying his status as one of the most honest voices in Iberian techno.
This work distills raw and deep techno, generating palpable tension and a primitive groove submerged in a rugged journey, full of dark and unpolished atmospheres. Crushted’s music fuses the ancestral essence of rhythm with the dark, vibrant, and polyrhythmic textures of the most visceral contemporary techno. Four original tracks that are a frontal assault on the dance floor, complemented by a remix from the talented INVOCAMVS, comprise this work.
Precision, fluidity, firmness, and continuous progression are the pillars of his sound design. Crushted generates powerful structures that are very broad in their atmospheric scope, yet also very closed and dense within their layers. What emerges is a dense, murky sonic volcanic lava that, at the same time, advances with relentless ease. «Organismo de Control» is a declaration that the most effective techno is that which maintains its primitive heart while perfecting its machinery.
