Pure Nrgy has rapidly become one of our favorite Mexican labels. Founded in Querétaro by Liarsenic, known for his dark and industrial style, Pure Nrgy is not just a label but also a promoter and podcast series. Active since 2022, it began with a series of events in Querétaro’s city center, consolidating a local community that was later recognized in the international techno music scene.

Throughout its trajectory, Pure Nrgy has hosted DJs and producers of the stature of Ricardo Garduno, Jose Monsalve, Juan Evangelista, and Kevin Matto, among other great artists. This has marked its inclination primarily toward a techno style currently known as «Sci-Fi,» «Dark,» or «Raw,» although on the label and podcast front, Pure Nrgy remains open to styles like Industrial, Hypnotic, and Trance.

To continue its Black series, the label presents its boss, Liarsenic, with the track «El Baile De Los Veganos» (The Vegan Dance), an original piece accompanied by remixes from Rikson, Yūrei, and Pavochaman. While the original track is constant, full of mystery and tension mediated by more than capable sound design, Yūrei’s version moves on parallel but more frantic sonic rails.

Yūrei, DJ and producer, co-founder of Hard Dance Radio mx, label head of Yōkai Records, and resident at Troniic MX, is passionate about the abstract and unknown spectrum within electronic music, covering everything from EBM to Technoid. His remix makes the vocals very sharp, strongly contrasting with a rhythm that frenzies. This combination of explicit yet calm vocals and frantic sounds creates a striking dual unity. It is a constant progression that transitions to interference and delirium, with beats always latent and relentlessly throbbing with raw intensity.
