Our desert label, and one of our favorites in the electronic underground circuit, Arido Records, returns with its final release of the year—one that has been truly phenomenal for the imprint. This time, they present Argentinian producer Innmenal with «In Me Nothing And All,» a collection of four original tracks whose titles are inherently deeply suggestive.
The work is presented as a deeply immersive techno statement that expands the sonic horizon of Arido Records’ digital catalog. This EP is a journey sculpted through atmospheric textures, hypnotic soundscapes, and pulse-driven rhythms that strike with precision and determination. Innmenal’s creative vision unfolds in layers: swirling pads that evoke vast inner spaces, subtly transformed sequences that capture hypnotic tension, and percussive elements that anchor each track with a sharp, driving energy.
Every detail reflects the artist’s refined compositional art and his ability to balance introspection with intensity. «In Me Nothing And All» is a testament to Innmenal’s capacity to transform pure emotion into sonic architecture, a release that resonates equally in the intimacy of deep listening and in the darkest hours of the dance floor.
For us, the sound evokes arid badlands, with resonant precious metals cutting through with force and intergalactic atmospheres. «El Péndulo» (The Pendulum) is the second track of this work. It arrives with a sound that oscillates between heavy, dense rhythms approaching the slopes of a volcano, and rhythms that decrease rapidly but progressively toward very suggestive territories.
Between comings and goings, the sound is enveloping, lurking, and boasts a massive structure that is nonetheless fine and subtle in its feel. This is achieved through very well-defined and interlocked sonic layers, resulting in a very complete and cohesive sonic whole.
