Club Furies

“The brighter the light, the darker the shadow.” This is how the Brussels-based Belgian label Forbidden Teachings defines itself—the very imprint with which Club Furies makes its debut. To close out 2025, the label welcomed Italian artist Nigh/T\mare with the release of his first full-length album on the imprint.

Nigh/T\mare is the project of Italian artist and producer Giuseppe Sciretti, who channels a unique fusion of dark aesthetics, lush atmospheres and techno rhythms, shaping a sound that is direct, forward-thinking and deeply emotional. His music is tightly interwoven with personal experiences, often serving as a medium to process and share feelings of pain, anxiety, stress and other internal states that define his creative path.

Across ten carefully crafted tracks, Through conveys the artist’s singular sonic language—one that resonates deep within and awakens what lies dormant within us. Moving through pain and despair, love and hope, the album unfolds as a passage through impermanence itself, exposing the fragile veil that binds and defines us. Can the soul truly be freed, or are we forever shaped by these shifting forces? Through offers no answers—only a mirror for those willing to look.

The Succession of Things emerges from a wasteland of solitude: earth, dust, and sand, past and future times longing for one another in a complex temporal modulation that immerses everything in desolation. Percussions emerge as a warning, foreshadowing what is to come, growing steadily in intensity and resolve.

Time stretches toward infinity through a sonic display that is both imposing and evocative, crossing past, present and future with an astonishing balance of speed and stillness. Hopelessness slowly gives way to hope, surrounded by electric sparks and utopian flashes. Here, the album’s true purpose becomes clear: there are no answers—only questions, upheld by a flawless sound design.
