Geømmetrisch emerges from the convergence of cerebral, hypnotic techno, science fiction aesthetics, and deep modular synthesis exploration. In 2025, the project began consolidating its first releases while continuing to investigate sound synthesis through cables, modules, and voltage-driven systems.
“Machines do not merely execute. They listen. They respond.” This premise frames a cerebral and precise body of work where techno becomes an activated system: energy converted into motion, voltage translated into movement. There is no excess—only electrical architecture.
With Las máquinas escuchan, luego responden, released on Subsist Records, Geømmetrisch presents a collection of thirteen original tracks born from the intersection of modular synthesis and conceptual creativity. Through oscillators, filters, and sequencers, each composition unfolds into sonic landscapes evoking futuristic laboratories, orbital stations, and timeless environments. Mechanical rhythms intertwine with immersive textures and hypnotic sequences, shaping a form of experimental techno marked by surgical precision.
Built upon circuit logic, the album establishes an ongoing dialogue between machine and intention. Pulses collide and reorganize; pressure becomes structure, and structure becomes atmosphere. Listening turns into an immersive process in which sound not only progresses but self-regulates, as if the system itself were reacting to its surroundings.
The closing track, Semiconductor, crystallizes this conceptual framework. A semiconductor is a material that behaves as either conductor or insulator depending on variables such as electric fields, pressure, or temperature. Sonically translated, the piece operates as a machinic laboratory where the mechanics of the universe seem to be modeled through frequencies and modulation. The result is velvety, subtle hypnotism—immersive, magnetic, almost magical. An experience where technology does not simply execute instructions, but appears to imagine possible futures.
