Since we began following the pulse of Black Hole Transmissions at Club Furies, we understood that the label doesn’t simply release techno: it constructs sonic artifacts with a total aesthetic identity, where the visual and the auditory operate within the same magnetic field. Today, that narrative expands with Apigenin, the new Berlin-based project uniting Solenoid and his nephew, musician and artist mmoonn.
Their self-titled EP unfolds across five cuts that move between depth, hypnosis, and a subtly funky groove, always guided by that logic of techno as an immersive experience — a trademark of Black Hole Transmissions. Faithful to the label’s conceptual line, Apigenin reveals itself as a journey of progressive immersion, where each track prepares the ground for a point of aesthetic condensation.
Among the extremes that structure the entire work lies Triangular, the axis of the EP.
