Argentina’s recently established Gruvalismo label welcomes Dublin-based duo The Ossory Project, also known as Ossory. Formed in 2023, The Ossory Project is the result of years of collaboration between Amsterdam-based Jack Jennings and Dublin-based Eoin Kelly.
They crossed paths early in their careers through shared club nights and DJ booths. The pair bring a blend of technical skill, shared influences and an open, exploratory approach to their sound. Their music combines old school techno roots with a deep groove and texture, always geared towards the dancefloor.
Together, Gruvalismo and Ossary, present and curate Forás, a collection of four original tracks, whose sound is based on their signature eclectic style. With remixes by four forward-thinking artists, namely Human Safari, Hers, Pert and San. Each of them adds their own perspective while staying true to the energy of the release.
Crusin is the last of the original tracks, and is an ode to energy, agility and its becoming into freshness that detonates the dancefloor. With finely aligned sonic layers, and sonic valleys that lead us to relaxation and calm. This is a condition for the sound to explode, becoming a shockwave that runs across the floor.
