«Spiralynk is a creation of Ankit Malik, an interdisciplinary artist who uses a multimodal approach to explore the intricate relationship between order and chaos. His creative research spans algorithmic composition, brain-controlled interfaces, immersive audio, procedural audio, and streaming art. He is currently experimenting with machine learning architectures and neural networks for audio synthesis and real-time sound manipulation.

Club Furies Premiere: Zequenx – Deaf Mills [Antariksh Records]

Now, for his most recent release, he is featured on the Indian label, Antariksh Records. In the artist’s own words, «Liminal Rift came about at a time when I needed to break through musically, emotionally, and spiritually. 2024’s Lions Gate Portal gave me that initial jolt, not in a cosmic way, but as a symbolic reminder: there are moments when the universe splits open. That served as a spark for me. The first theme is energetic and angular. It reflects the sensation of being on a cosmic threshold, with the nervous system attuned to the celestial rhythm and the breath synchronized with the gravitational hum of something bigger than oneself. It is the sonic equivalent of entering an unknown space».

Spiralynk continues: «Then comes ‘Lysergic Effect‘. It is liquid and elastic, like a thought sliding through consciousness. It’s enveloping, slippery, and hard to comprehend. Like a lucid dream that unfolds quickly. It reflects my fascination with perception, altered states, and the architecture of the mind. Together, the tracks form a sonic diptych. An outer expansion followed by a deep inner fragmentation. Liminal Rift is about the spaces in between. It is where the most profound changes occur, and sound becomes a vehicle of transformation. The EP is not just something to listen to; it’s something to walk through.»
