Club Furies

From Ourén, Portugal, producer Nikomarrros presents Contra Corrente, an album of eight original tracks presented as self-released. With a rather enigmatic semantics, it is somewhat suggestive from the titles. Which puts our interpretation to fly. 

The track that opens this sonorous universe is called 0000 -or four times 0. With mysterious beginnings and extensions that progressively and paradoxically lead us to the same sensation of the beginning, but as if we were getting closer to the core. Latent buzzes, agile structures that constantly close and open. 

Zeros that expand to form other numbers. From zero, the number; in the same way, from silence, the sound. And 0000 that leaves us with ambivalent sensations, but exciting and expectant.
