Club Furies

Autistonic is the project of an Osaka-based DJ and selector championing a rigorous approach to minimal, hypnotic and raw techno. With an uncompromising sound, the artist builds sets defined by focused precision and a clear aesthetic identity, supported by meticulous musical curation.

Through a strong presence across digital platforms and a steady stream of online sessions, Autistonic creates an immersive atmosphere of high mental density. His sonic language prioritizes the dynamism of continuous groove and the austerity of a sound stripped of ornamentation, establishing him as a key reference within Japan’s underground scene focused on hypnotic techno and physical immersion.

Our mix series is called “Cintas Furiosas.” The concept draws inspiration from the Baseball Furies, the cult gang from the film The Warriors, and Imperator Furiosa, the central figure of Mad Max: Fury Road and Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. Both references converge around the same idea: intensity, rootlessness and energy held in constant tension. Each edition functions as a tape projecting a different kind of “furious sound” according to the invited artist, expanding the concept through new textures, speeds and emotional states. This time, that fury takes on an especially fluid and magnetic form through Autistonic.

His selection moves through hypnotic techno at varying levels of density, bringing together names such as Pfirter, NØRBAK, Fixeer, Tremor and Filip Xavi in a sequence where the groove remains in constant motion. There is a clear inclination toward dry percussion, mechanical structures and dark textures, while the mix avoids becoming confined to a single tonal space. The transitions are progressive and precise, with moments of greater intensity emerging as natural extensions of the pulse. Rather than building around abrupt contrasts, Autistonic works through accumulation: a continuous current of deep, physical techno that sustains its tension through the final bars.
