Keep It Raw presents its new catalog release by Immunity, a producer and artist from Medellín. This EP explores the dualities of existence: a constant balance between the rawest, densest, and most subtle aspects, reflecting the flow of change and the constant movement of life.
The original pieces offer a classic, deep, and hypnotic techno sound, driven by raw textures and enveloping atmospheres designed to generate tension on the dancefloor. The package is completed by two forceful remixes created by national producers Inhise and Tav Shvi, which expand the release’s sonic palette toward mental and sharp territories.
Metanoia is a profound change of mentality, perspective, or worldview that transforms a person’s way of acting and feeling. This is precisely the title of our premiere for Immunity‘s release on the Colombian label. Through immersive, almost ethereal, subtle wrappings that give no warning of what is coming, the track builds an impressive hypnotic labyrinth.
It is a bulldozer that caresses, as paradoxical as that may sound. Progressively, the sound cleanses itself of its adornments to reveal an impressive rhythmic velvet. It is the roar of a bear in echo and off that ends up sealing a spectacular beginning.
A visceral release, conceived from the roots of the underground sound to keep the dancefloor in permanent motion.
