BBop Music, founded by iMarcus, has become a recurring presence at Club Furies. Its catalogue moves comfortably through deep house, nu disco, indie dance, progressive sounds, and anything else capable of generating genuine excitement. Rather than being defined by genre, the imprint has developed an identity as an ever-expanding landscape.
LexxD, for his part, has already appeared on the label with releases such as Takin’ Me and In-Motion, consolidating himself as a leading figure of the UK house sound. With Impressions, LexxD continues to expand that understated, warm, and enveloping universe that has made him a familiar name on the Manchester imprint.
Based in Manchester, our beloved UK imprint BBop Music welcomes back the mysterious project LexxD. This time with Impressions, a two-track package that includes the title track along with Brothers, rooted in a fresh and understated house and deep house sound.
Impressions, the homonymous track, is as fresh as it is subtle. Delicate, yet agile and summery. But it also manages to imbue itself with nostalgia, magic, and mystery that give it a very beautiful duality.
