Club Furies

re:flect is an interdisciplinary music, art, and events collective and record label based in Berlin, Germany. For their latest release, they present KIKA (MD), a producer and DJ from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. Inspired by the Dutch techno culture, after two years of living there and working in a factory, he returned home for one reason only: to develop this culture in Moldova.

He founded a series of events called Metanoia, the first event in the country focused on raw, rolling, mental, and hypnotic techno sound. The aim of this series is the development of techno culture in the country. The peculiarity of these parties is expressed in the clear maintenance of a certain style of techno, more underground and deep.

For the Berlin label, he presents Conversation Etiquette, a collection of five original tracks that move between rhythms in a way that is as versatile as it is deep and powerful. We present the premiere of Wrong Coordinates, the track at the heart of this work. Already the title suggests provocative meanings. Those that take greater shape when we listen to the track.

Labyrinthine sounds, well delimited, with wide sound structures and exciting rhythms. Among all this, chains and dry beats that act as rotor and as atmospheric ambience that covers everything stand out. All this combined and well structured reaches the delirium mediated, which has as sound delta brutal and very convincing hypnotism, which takes its time and lets you feel its power.
