Kurir is a producer from Sweden who makes raw and distinctive techno with strong grooves and industrial elements. It is hypnotic, glitchy, distorted, sometimes bordering on minimal techno. His fascination with contrasts and placing broken sounds in new contexts creates interesting and unique sonic images. Rhythm and groove are essential and the main focus. Influenced by jazz, funk, heavy metal, 80s synthesizers, hip hop, and grunge.

Club Furies Premiere: Amuritekno – Lauha [Seremonia by EABE]

For one of his most recent releases, Swedish sonic wizard Kurir presents the second release on EABE‘s sister label Seremonia. Titled ISOL, it is a collection of four original tracks that helps us start the ceremonies of the coming summer with its techno spells. We are talking about quality floor breakers.

Stadig is smoky, electric, powerful and layered with sounds that give it a dense, yet very agile character simultaneously. With sonic valleys that keep the dancer expectant and precise sound design, the sound is very good. Rough, cordillera-like, bright, sharp. A perfect sword for the dance floor.
