Kassidy Human Waste returns to Club Furies with Early Humans, a self-released work that arrives as another transmission from the project of Italian-Brazilian artist Alessandro Meazzini. We first encountered this alias through That Cold Body, a record that marked a deliberate departure from his previous techno work under Subzero and opened a more personal, cinematic and experimental territory. That shift has remained central to the project, where electronic music becomes a way of exploring memory, atmosphere and the darker corners of human experience.
There is a particular tension in the name Kassidy Human Waste itself, a project conceived as a new vessel for a different musical direction. With That Cold Body, Meazzini moved toward melodies, orchestration and a sound palette informed by film music, coldwave, electro-industrial, ambient and experimental electronics. The result was a body of work concerned with states of isolation, transformation and emotional aftermath, while still retaining the precision of an artist with a background deeply rooted in techno.
