iBOT (Ivano Marsalisi) is an Italian DJ, producer, and beatmaker (born in Turin, 1985) aligned with the modern wave of hypnotic, minimalist, modular, and raw-textured techno. His sound blends structural rhythm with a mystic-driven studio methodology.

Founder of Research From Space Records (established in 2021) and based in Northern Italy, iBOT has built a prolific discography with appearances on global imprints such as Soma, Subsist Records, Diffuse Reality, Arido Records, Affekt Recordings, TMM, Concepto Hipnotico, and [R]3volution, among many others. Coming up through Turin’s club, rave, and afterparty circuit—and having touched down in Berlin, London, Barcelona, and Ibiza—he has earned firm support across the underground scene.
