The intersection of two essential forces from the underground always demands a sharper focus. One of our favorite artists returns through one of our preferred imprints: Carara needs no introduction within these pages, as his signature has inhabited this space on multiple occasions; however, we are honored to debut Android Musiq with this Premiere. Founded in mid-2009, the label has sustained unanimous backing across the global community thanks to a relentless catalog that fuses minimalist techno, futuristic grooves, and those sci-fi funk rhythms that still defy any terrestrial classification.

On this discographic trench, the producer based between Aachen and Berlin introduces Rare, an EP featuring two original cuts completed by a contribution from producer Kioz alongside its respective reinterpretation. The backbone of this release reveals itself rawly on MinoR, a piece that arrives sharp from the very first second. The track waives any decorative introductions to haul a cyclic, metallic-natured groove, where the sonic matter binds together to shape an impressive techno velvet.
