EXP Records returns to Club Furies with its 41st release, Existence, a new four-track EP from Russian producer Metaphysical Space. The label’s catalogue has consistently explored the deeper and more hypnotic side of techno, and this release follows that direction through a distinctly sci-fi lens. Built around analog synthesis, deep frequencies and evolving sequences, Existence develops a sound world that feels suspended somewhere between the dancefloor and the vastness of outer space.
Based in Russia, Metaphysical Space has developed a vision of techno rooted in hypnotic rhythms, cosmic atmospheres and analog experimentation. Across Absolute, Existence, Otherness and Trascendence, the producer builds a continuous environment where modular sequences, acidic elements and deep basslines gradually reshape the space around the groove. The four tracks share a strong conceptual thread, but each approaches the idea of exploration from a slightly different angle, moving between darker cinematic passages and more forceful dancefloor structures.
Our premiere focuses on “Existence”, the EP’s title track and one of its central points of gravity. Deep and steadily evolving, the track develops through hypnotic basslines, shifting sequences and dense atmospheric layers, creating a sense of movement without ever losing its pulse. There is something deliberately mysterious in its construction: sounds appear to emerge from the darkness, circulate around the rhythm and slowly disappear again, leaving the impression of an environment that is constantly expanding.
Existence arrives on October 9, 2026 as EXP EP41, continuing EXP Records’ exploration of techno where physical movement and mental immersion can coexist. Four tracks, one shared atmosphere, and a journey that seems less interested in reaching a destination than in remaining suspended somewhere beyond it.
