Allan Gallego is a DJ, producer, live artist and label owner based in Miami, known for his raw and hypnotic techno sound. With versatile sets, Allan has earned a reputation for taking dancefloors to unexpected places, captivating audiences with a unique style and keeping them absorbed with powerful rhythms. His unwavering dedication to the craft and his love for techno have consolidated him as a dynamic artist in the industry, one who keeps expanding the limits of the genre and reinforcing his position as a figure to watch in the world of techno.
Arido Records continues its exploration of the darkest territories of contemporary electronic music with Night Protocol, arriving as the 68th release in the label’s digital catalog. Built around tension, precision and nocturnal movement, Night Protocol unfolds as a transmission received from an uncertain future: a space where rhythm becomes architecture, repetition becomes language and technology silently reshapes the perception of time.
Night movement as architecture is the concept that articulates the release: rhythm as structure, repetition as a way of speaking. From the interstices of dark, wet, city alleys, Perro de Pueblo arrives with a sound that is frightening as much as delicate and subtle. A sound whose climax comes quickly, then keeps moving forward with the same delicate emergence. Once the emergent qualities settle as stable qualities, the sound sets off on a journey toward the depths of the universe, amid unstable environments but with well-defined contours of its own.
Throughout the release, Allan Gallego builds a sonic environment driven by hypnotic sequences, controlled pressure and an atmosphere that constantly oscillates between isolation and movement. The result is a work conceived not only for the physical experience of the dancefloor but also for the deeper psychological territory that has always defined Arido Records’ vision.
With ARD068, Arido Records continues to build a catalog centered on techno as a space for experimentation, introspection and sonic exploration: music capable of imagining environments beyond the immediate present.
