Ludvig Kamph, also known as BL:ND, is a disc jockey and Techno producer based in Malmö, Sweden. He was introduced to the world of production and DJing by his brother when he was 15 years old. He has always had a great passion for electronic music. After experimenting with different aspects of industrial sounds and percussions, he found his passion for Techno music, whose mantra is «shadow is the dark side of your nature».
After experimenting with different industrial sounds and percussions, he found his passion for his form of elemental Techno. His style ranges from trippy and dark, with a deep industrial sound. He didn’t start performing until 2016 in different underground clubs in Sweden and later was a resident DJ at Malmørave for two years. He is now part of Inkognito, both as a resident and as a promoter. Over the years he has released on different labels as Luca Kréch, now under a new alias, BL:ND.
After appearing on B55 Records’ Various Artists Anniversary Compilation, and doing the same on Baku, Azerbaijan’s Glioblastoma Records, he lands on Diffuse Reality Records, where he presents Operating Voltage. Operating Voltage is a work of five original tracks – Capture, Lost Forces, Chased By Creepers, Between Faces, and Leave No Trace – of Sci-Fi Techno and Minimal prostrated in chase semantics, in the middle of some horror movie. Club Furies presents the premiere of Chased By Creepers.
Chased By Creepers shows the tense delirium that arises in a chase, through narrow and dark alleys, pursued by weird and deranged people. After a few vicissitudes in the corridor, we reach a dead end. Behind it is the rest of Chased By Creepers. How to get there?
It’s a combination that mediates between the intensity of the chase atmosphere and at the same time a calmness in the face of such a stressful situation. It forms a very subtle but powerful Techno that at the same time takes us to lunar atmospheres as well as earthy dancefloors. It only remains to be seen what the rest of Operating Voltage has in store for us.
