Club Furies

DAHER works in the most lucid form of contemporary techno — the kind that does not rely on spectacular effects to earn its place, but on accumulation and rigor. In a present saturated with showy tricks, the producer consolidates an aesthetic stance: first with a debut release on the Spanish label Subsist Records, and now with this collaboration on the Italian label Research From Space Records.

Club Furies Premiere: Lorenzo Panico – Cube [Research From Space Records]

Research From Space Records is an independent label dedicated to dark and ambient techno and to experimental sounds built with modular synthesizers. Its physical releases come as limited-edition vinyl, with digital copies always available. The label is directed and curated by iBOT and Allure.

CF Signals: DAHER – Idiocracy Destruction [Subsist Records]

For its most recent release, the label presents Beyond The Signal, an eight-track various artists compilation featuring some of the best underground electronic producers on the current circuit. DAHER’s contribution sits within that framework as a precise, self-contained statement.

Give Me Hope is a track whose sound is incipient from the start — emergent and subtly powerful, reaching its climax quickly before embedding itself in interdimensional cracks, very much in keeping with this time of year. Mystery, dark dimensions, parallel worlds and the alien find a privileged place in the social semantics of the season.

Accumulation as resistance to spectacle is the concept that holds the release together: techno that earns its intensity through rigor and restraint rather than effect. Within Club Furies’ interest in underground electronic music as a cultural language, Give Me Hope stands as a lucid, carefully built gesture.
